Palmetto Health Celebrates Palmetto Health Tuomey with Flag Raising

On Jan. 1, Palmetto Health and Tuomey Healthcare System finalized their partnership. This Friday, Jan. 8, Palmetto Health will celebrate Palmetto Health Tuomey as a member of the Palmetto Health family. Palmetto Health and Tuomey leaders, board members, physicians, team members, community members and guests will participate in a flag raising ceremony at Palmetto Health Tuomey. The Tuomey Healthcare System flag will be lowered and the Palmetto Health flag will be raised as a part of the welcome to the health care system.

Charles D. Beaman, Jr., Palmetto Health CEO, and Michelle Logan-Owens, who has been serving as president and CEO of Tuomey Healthcare System since June, and now is the chief operating officer, will share their reflections on the historic milestone.
