On November 1, Palmetto Health Foundation held its inaugural Lighting the Way event to benefit Palmetto Health Hospice, Palliative Care and HomeCare. Donations of $25 or more were made, and keepsake engraved glass luminaries were lit on the State House steps during a symbolic celebration that recognized those who have been honored or remembered. Lighting the Way also celebrated the 30th anniversary of Palmetto Health Hospice and marked the beginning of National Hospice Month.

Lighting the Way luminaries are still available for a donation of $25 or more.

Each luminary is engraved with Palmetto Health Foundation's Lighting the Way artwork. Each luminary is 5" tall with a 2.9" top opening.
